He clubs his passion for technology driven solutions with his expertise in Facility Management Services & Projects to conceptualise and deliver transformational services in Asset Management.
In his previous assignments he has led and inspired teams in areas of facilities management, procurement and real estate management in leading corporates such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Tatweer and ABN Amro. He is a result oriented professional who leads by example and a proactive innovative solution provider.
Chief Commercial Officer
Proficient and visionary Executive with command in Finance, Operations and IT. Offers strong technical and entrepreneurial skills to perform business operations with excellent outcomes and increased profits. As the Chief Commercial Officer, he is responsible for pricing, revenue management, cost optimization, financial prudence, product, sales and marketing strategy for Denali and group companies. With a special focus on leading organic & inorganic growth, execution of alliance partnership for group growth and expansion strategy, administer smooth transition and integration of newly acquired entities and transformational financial and operations processes.
Chief Financial Officer
Sujan oversees the financial aspects of the business and is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership.
He drives the financial decisions for the company in the areas involving both business planning and investments.
He is a dynamic, result-oriented leader with superior interpersonal skills. With over 18 years of experience with Indian and multinational corporate giants like JCI, Tenon and JLL, Sujan has consistently driven organisational improvements and implementation of best practices utilizing business acumen, financial analysis, insights and a team based approach. All the organisations that Sujan has worked with have benefitted from his thorough understanding of financial tenets and innovative approach thereby witnessing an impressive turnaround in their financial management.
His capability in resolving multiple and complex financial, legal, operational issues and his ability to motivate his team towards delivering peak performance are a few of his key strengths.
Chief Technology Officer
Nitya helming all technology initiatives for Denali drives innovation and products development requirements towards realising Denali's vision. He is passionate about enabling & accelerating the world's transition to a smart and connected environment. His current focus is on creating an IoT, AI & Big data enabled technology backbone which is open, scalable & secure and is capable of fuelling management of a smart city. His other areas of focus involve Security, Environment, Payments, Building automation etc.
Passionate about technology, Nitya believes in improving the quality of life for citizens through a people-centric approach leveraging technology. He is an entrepreneurial-spirited & result-oriented technology evangelist, with over 20 years of experience in innovation and delivering transformational solutions to clients across the globe. His prior engagement was with Capgemini as a Senior Director. He has also been an enterprise architect and a delivery head in his prior roles.
Vice President-Strategic Marketing
Gagan Chhabra heads the position of Vice President in the domain of Strategic Marketing and has 20 years of experience in diverse aspects of strategic marketing in general; and subjects such as positioning, differentiation, solutioning and proposal development in particular.
He has worked in senior roles with global multinational corporations including JLL, Serco International and the WPP Group in functions that span marketing, marketing communications, brand strategy consulting, strategic marketing and profit center leadership.
Throughout his career, he has excelled in evolving new ways and differentiated thought for the practices he has led, while ensuring that they are converted into easily implementable initiatives. This approach have led to acknowledgements at multiple forums - including a WPP Atticus award, handed out for cutting-edge thinking within the WPP Group, and recognition as Breakthrough Marketing Talent at JLL Asia Pacific Marketing Awards in 2005.
Gagan's core focus at Denali is aligning the solution to the specific requirements of client and market requirements. This translates into aligning Denali's capabilities to the broad needs of a sector and applying principles of solution development to evolve specific responses to client requirements.
Srikanth Srinivasan is an enterprising and empowering leader with over 24 years of established career spanning across multiple business verticals around the world. He has handled responsibilities at various capacities in array of functions including Strategic planning, P & L management, business development and incubating new businesses.
As a Strategic Consultant he is responsible for driving Revenue generation, Technology selection and scaling the business & building entry strategy into non real estate businesses.
He has been associated with Techm (Mahindra Satyam Computers Services Limited), Canada; Satyam Computers Services Limited, Switzerland; Satyam Infoway Limited; Unilever (Hindustan Unilever Limited); Tata Group -Titan Industries Limited.
He has started operations in multiple countries and rapidly grown businesses and turned around loss-making operations into sustainable profitable business models. He has a unique ability to understand and work with Technology and turn it into successful businesses.
He is a Hospitality Management Graduate with 18 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management and Facility Management. He has gained a diverse work experience in companies like ITC, HSBC, ICICI Bank, Jones Lang LaSalle, Embassy, etc. His core strengths include strong Client Relationship Management, People Management, process creation and strategic planning. He is an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. He can serve effectively in both team member and team leader roles.
In the current role, he will be leading the sales function for Denali and managing the go-to market approach, establishing sales, marketing and business development strategies as well as contributing to organic and inorganic growth of the company. He will be responsible for generating sales leads, evaluating the opportunity (Tender, RFPs, Bids, etc), coordinate with SMEs to design/derive the solution, make appropriate proposal, pricing and pursue the leads till closure, documentation and hand hold transition.
As Head of Operations he is at the helm of all operations across campuses at Denali. His role includes Strategic Business Planning, Functional Strategy for Property & Asset Management, Building Operations & grounds Maintenance, Business Development, Projects, Fit-outs and renovations, Supplier Management, Security – (Physical & Electronic Security), Innovation & Quality control for all Denali managed properties.
He is an experienced professional with over 18 years of managing facilities across Asia Pacific in the field of Corporate Real Estate and Facility Operations & Management.
His knowledge extends to Mergers & Acquisitions, IFM (Integrated Facility Management), Transition management, Linear operating models, Project Workplace Strategies, Process efficiency & implementation, COE, Risk management, Business Continuity Plans, Profit and loss & Cost optimization.
Enabling businesses with Ethics & Integrity as his core guiding principles, Sanjul is a seasoned professional leader persistently exceeding customer expectations. With over 20 years of rich experience spanning across various Service and manufacturing companies as a strategic Supply Chain & Management professional responsible for planning, negotiating, developing and sourcing Sanjul, has established himself as someone who can seize optimization opportunities and deliver significant financial outcomes while leading complex initiatives.
At Denali, Sanjul leads the procurement transformation and supply chain team with a focus on leveraging technology towards delivering Standardization, Consolidation, Aggregation and Innovation.
His passion lies in creating new partnerships from scratch, building innovative business models or turning around businesses on a cost based sustainable model.
Bimal spearheads the Mobility division of Denali and is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and implementing new age solutions for transporting people.
Bimal drives the logistics business for all the properties managed by Denali providing safe, secure and efficient travel to the patrons. All innovations applied are scalable, sustainable and economical with the objective of becoming a common mobility platform for the smart cities.
Bimal demonstrated his expertise and understanding of the Transport business while launching the first of its kind, Metrozip bus service in Pune in Sept 2014 as a joint initiative between HIA, MIDC and RTO. He was instrumental in the successful launch and the operations by way of single-handedly managing all stakeholders including the Government and Industry leaders as well as providing the technological support.
Using his knowledge and vast experience of 25 years in CRM, Data Mining & Analytics, Brand Management, Strategic Design & Retail, Training and Start-up development, Bimal plans to develop a fetching marketing strategy and propel growth for mobility services at Denali.
General Manager Hospitality
He has spent 17 odd years in arming, honing skills and abilities in the service fields of Hospitality, Shopping Floor Management, F&B and Corporate Service. He has worked with renowned hotel companies like the Marriott International and the Kempinski then transcended to designing and managing a Shopping Centre and its F&B with the K .Raheja Corp. His current focus includes building, transforming and executing Food and Beverage concepts.
At Denali Epicure, as General Manager Hospitality he holds the responsible position of providing hospitality solutions that varies from On Campus F&B, recreational zones to in-house catering. His key focuses are strategizing, project implementation and concept design. He is mandated to lead a skilled team in various streams like F&B Floor service, Culinary Arts & Quality Assurance Management towards a one stop shop hub for all our clients. He is driven by innovation and a robust tech enabled back end and focuses on consumers' needs and their feedback to stride ahead.
